Chicago, IL – On November 8, 2017, Dan Farrington argued the disability discrimination case of Martinez v. American Airlines, Inc. before a panel of three judges on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Farrington Law had obtained summary judgment in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on behalf of its client, American Airlines, and the plaintiff appealed the case to the Seventh Circuit.
The question before the appellate court was whether the trial court correctly concluded that American Airlines met its obligations under the Americans With Disabilities Act with respect to the plaintiff. A recording of the oral argument can be accessed here.
