Maxim V. Doroshenko is an associate at the firm, where he focuses his practice on employment-related litigation and regulatory matters. Maxim represents clients in a variety of employment law matters primarily pertaining to administrative investigations.
Maxim says one of the greatest aspects of working at Farrington Law is its collaborative small-firm atmosphere that demands large-firm product and results.
“The close-knit firm environment promotes collaboration and communication, while the vast experience and background of the team sets a high bar for all aspects of a client’s needs,” Maxim says. “Such a combination is invaluable to the client, but also to me, as it affords a young attorney a tremendous opportunity to quickly learn and grow from the best.”
Maxim graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as the Managing Editor for the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. Previously, he also served as an intern at the Congressional Office of Compliance in Washington, D.C.
